In 2005 we discovered the host Billy the Greek and the wonderful cuisine, especially the potatoes and dined there most evenings so in 2006 we tried it again. For 4 or so nights all went well until we went one night (4 of us) and we were seated on a small table - squashed in yet there was a larger table free.
Billy the Greek (Vassilli) seemed to be saving this table......Ok not a prioblem!
Until when we were finishing our meal 4 x people he had coaxed into the restaurant were allowed to sit there!!!! Customers who had not been before! That was the last time we went there, to be treated like that after using their Restaurant most of the time in 2 x years was disgusting. We discovered The Camelot which was nearer to our Apartment and meant we did not have to battle through the people trying to get us into their Restaurants. We are to visit again in October and Minos can forget it!! Wonderful food, poor service.
